Jonathan began his career with Arthur Andersen before establishing his consulting practice - Gentico.  For the past 20 years, Jonathan has worked closely with over 30 clients to provide them with a broad range of accounting and finance services.

​

Jonathan holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is an active CPA in the State of California.

​

When not working, Jonathan loves to cook, travel, ski and spend quality time with family and friends.

Victoria is an accounting and finance professional with over 10 years of experience working with companies in the manufacturing, technology and life sciences sectors. 

 

Victoria has a track record of helping clients with their internal controls, operational audits, general accounting, IPO / merger support, business process re-engineering, and financial planning and analysis. 

 

Victoria holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at University of Austin, Texas and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. 

 

In her off-time (ha!), she administers and organizes community events ranging from weekly free art classes to monthly open houses to annual family events.

Lakesha has over 20 years of auditing, consulting and management experience working with privately-held  and public companies across various industries.

 

Lakesha currently leads Gentico's Sarbanes-Oxley and internal audit practice. Lakesha also frequently partners with clients on business process re-engineering, system implementations and project management engagements.

 

Lakesha holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Institute for Internal Auditors (IIA).

 

In her personal time, she enjoys travel and spending quality time with her family.

Eva joined the Gentico team in 2015, bringing over 20 years of accounting, auditing, SOX and external reporting experience. 

 

Prior to joining Gentico, Eva worked for Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and other private and public companies.  Eva is a CPA in the State of California.  

 

In her spare time, Eva enjoys baking, hiking, taking pictures and traveling with her family of 4.
